Precise Restorations, LLC is Hiring an Office Administrator/Coordinator Near Whittier, CA

We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone, who has excellent analytical skills, and who is a serious multi-tasker. Duties:
- Following up with insurance to get status updates

-Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence

-Complete internal job file quality reviews, whats app, dropbox, outlook etc

- Collect payments

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Provide general administrative and clerical support

- Perform data entry and order entry tasks

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Coordinate and schedule appointments

-Make daily schedule

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes

Requirements:

- MUST have experience with a water damage company

- Must be able to work remotely and have reliable transportation to collect payments from time to time

- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role

- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate®

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.70 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
