Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association is hiring!

We are in need of a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30 hours per week @ $18 to $21 per hour) in our Kenosha office

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greet visitors and staff

• Answer multi phone line system

• File paperwork

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and printed forms

• Manages dissemination of all paperwork

• Follow HIPAA guidelines

• Performs duties to achieve or exceed established service standards

• Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the office

• Other duties assigned by manager, as needed

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate

• One year experience in customer service

• Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office

• Critical thinker

• Great at multi tasking

• Excellent customer service
