Client Services Representative - ShipNetwork

Job Details:
Expected Pay: $19 - $21/hr
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST
Type of Work: Full-Time, Hybrid
Location: Los Vegas, NV
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience (required)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
- Demonstrable record of understanding and meeting customer expectations
- Proficency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Work productively with minimal supervision
- Can do, positive demeanor
What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone, etc.
- Available as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and interdepartmental relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the client and client representatives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client engagement by providing timely response times and clear communication.
- Be a key contributor in client satisfaction.
- Responsible for claims processing and status updates.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.
- Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.
