Software Integration Engineer

What you will be doing:

The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, configuring, and recommending COTS/GOTS/FOSS products, packages, and libraries in a heterogeneous operating system environment for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems.

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (9) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
• Experience using the Linux CLI
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python/Bash to automate tasks, manage configurations, and facilitate software integration processes
• General HPC architecture knowledge of HPC Ecosystem including compute, network, memory, and storage components
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and configuration management
• Experience with build and compile procedures for various software and firmware components
• Experience with COTS/GOTS/FOSS software, packages, and libraries to determine the best strategy for fulling new development and integration requirements
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
• Experience troubleshooting, tracking, documenting, and resolving complex software build and software integration issues
• Experience creating documentation detailing software stacks, relevant integration activities, and software configurations
• Experience with Git Source Control System
• Clearance:Active TS/SCI with an appropriatepolygraphis required to be considered for this role
