Machine Operator I – No Experience in Manufacturing, Requires 96-hours of Pre-hire Training.
All new hires will train on 1st shift and will then be assigned to 3rd Shift (Sunday 11:15 p.m. - Friday 7:00 a.m.)
**This requisition is for individuals with no prior experience in manufacturing. Applicants will be invited to participate in a mandatory 16-hour pre-hire program to be considered for an interview. If offered a position, candidates will be required to participate in an 80-hour pre-hire training program before their start date. Multiple sessions of the 16 & 80-hour trainings may be offered. **
Employees must remain in their role for 12 months before posting to a new position.
Summary: Machine Operator 1 - Ability to operate a variety of production machines. Machines may include washer, shot peen (GASP – gravity accelerated shot peen), furnace, water & air flow, electrode assembly, laser weld, tack weld, laser ablation, tape & wax, x-ray, bake and detailer, etc. This position will require performing routine operations. Working on the production line you will produce blades and or vanes as well as perform all quality checks. These positions require shift work and ability to work overtime when needed.

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
