Seeking a telecom/electrical construction General Manager based in SoCal. Pramira Inc needs a leader to guide and nurture a traditionally risk adverse culture in the next phase of expansion and growth. Via organic and in-organic growth, business has potential to be $200m revenue in next 24 months. Successful candidates need to be able to leverage the current market but innovate and adapt to the rapidly changing market dynamic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site management of field related activities on construction project site
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, within budget, and schedule
• Plan and supervise on-site functions
• Bid, estimating, and contract negotiating
• Manage QC program to ensure quality work in the field
• Provide technical assistance such as interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment as required
• Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built
• Ensure all personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, and work polices
• Attend preconstruction meetings
• Assume responsibility for productive of jobs, efficient use of materials, equipment, and contractual performance of the project
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

• 5 years’ experience in telecom and/or civil construction, electrical, or EV charging infrastructure projects (or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of bid and estimating experience, understanding of pricing risk together with contract negotiating skills
• Highly motivated individual with impeccable ethics who’ s passion for the business is infectious and can establish a high-performance culture
• Strategic leader who is forward thinking and will understand the applicability of cutting-edge construction technologies.
• Familiarity with work and safety programs
• Experience scaling in-house and subcontracted teams
• Excellent communication skills and supervisory skills with field construction personnel
• Familiarity with telecom and/or electrical equipment, design, and construction techniques (or similar).
• Strong project management skills
• Strong experience with P&L, estimating, bid, and proposal

Pay range: $90,000-$120,000 DOE
