PrairieCare is Hiring a Lead Therapist - Youth, Intensive Outpatient Program Near Minneapolis, MN
This opportunity is eligible for a sign-on bonus! As a Lead Therapist, you will:
Provide leadership to Youth Intensive Outpatient Program teams
Support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of psychotherapy services for patients of the Youth Intensive Outpatient Program
Provide and supervise the provision of individual and family therapy, process group, and parent-group services for adolescent patients and their caregivers
Coordinate continuity of care with providers external to the treatment team as appropriate throughout the patient's engagement within the program
Lend your therapy lens expertise to the treatment team members and across the organization, as desired and as appropriate
Engage actively in supporting colleagues and other staff throughout the PrairieCare system, as interested and as appropriate
Supervise Master's level family therapy, counseling, or social work junior-level/pre-licensed associate therapists and/or interns Requirements:
Master's degree
Current license in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
3-5 years of post-licensed experience preferred
In good standing with your professional licensing board
Oriented and educated in providing trauma informed, person centered, culturally responsive care
Experience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred; we provide extensive training as needed
Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in written and verbal form
Computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook and electronic health records
