- Provides physical therapy treatment that follows an established plan of care and is age, educational level and culturally appropriate to the patient/family.
- Provides physical therapy services in accordance with the state practice act.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team in the provision of physical therapy services.
- Completes timely and appropriate documentation that reflects care provided and follows regulatory requirements.
- Establishes appropriate charges for services rendered.
- Assists with coordination of patient care schedules to meet productivity standards.
- Ensures equipment is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Participates in departmental quality and outcome studies.
- Serves a clinical instructor for PTA students and high school students.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
