Prairie Acres Communities is Hiring a Property Manager Near Rapid, SD

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property manager to oversee operations at 3 manufactured home communities. In this position, you will work with tenants on new leases, handle tenant issues, collect month rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of property management experience. These properties also employ an Assistant Property Manager.

Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

* Negotiate lease contracts

* Maintain and update property records

*Document expenses, invoices, and receipts

*Enforce property rules and regulations

*Maintain a positive relationship with tenants

*High School Degree

*3 years property management or related experience

*Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software

*Organized and able to creat multiple timelines and schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
