The Product Department:
The Product Management department is focused on connecting product strategy with business results. Our product managers collaborate closely with brand General Managers, customers, engineers, sales, marketing, and customer success. We drive product initiatives from initial inception through outcome definition, story mapping, delivery, market adoption and success tracking. The Career Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and design innovative solutions that delight our users and drive business and product outcomes.
The position is based in Alpharetta, GA
The UX Designer has responsibility for the following:
  • Product Outcome Attainment: As a member of the product trio (UX, Product, Engineering) you will collaborate on experiments and iterative product enhancements to drive product outcomes.
  • UX Research: Visit customers, design and run experiments, dig in the data to help inform the product trio’s understanding of the opportunity space (problems, wants, unmet needs)
  • Design Guidance: Work closely with the engineering team to implement experiments and solutions, providing timely design guidance that helps the team understand design intent
Competencies for Success:
  • 2-4 years of experience in UX design, a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes is helpful but not required.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. (Figma preferred)
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating intuitive and accessible user experiences.
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $64,350-$110,000 for this position.
