  • Build a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development. The RCM Customer Success Department : Customer advocacy is the act of putting customer needs first and working to deliver solution-based assistance through your products and services to ensure their needs are being met.

  • Monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. The Career Opportunity : The Customer Success Advocate will monitor a set of RCM accounts to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, develop healthy customer relationships, evaluate, and analyze customer needs, build trust and transparency with clients, and promote customer loyalty.

The position is based in Duluth, GA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office). Areas of Accountability : The RCM Customer Success Advocate has responsibility for the following outcomes : Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.

Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging IPS Billing services effectively and finding value in our services. Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth Attending all necessary Onboarding meetings with Onboarding representatives and customers to ensure a smooth go live.

Conduct weekly customer success reports and meetings to ensure customers optimize our service, issues are resolved proactively, and customer goals are met.

Communicate with customers to meet needs and long-term goals. Gather and deliver information between internal and external teams.

Conduct weekly customer success meetings with internal teams to ensure project stays on track. Competencies for Success : 2 years prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management or customer service environment;

hospital patient account billing with experience or knowledge of 3rd party reimbursements from insurance companies and government payers is a plus.

Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships. Accountability and personal organization are essential.

Excellent ability to manage time. Proven experience in revenue cycle management, account management, or client success roles within the healthcare industry.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve client issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Excellent client-facing and presentation skills. Extensive knowledge of medical billing / coding, front-office, physician practice management and healthcare business processes.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations. Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs.

Professional demeanor required. Deep understanding of customers’ concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.

At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills.

These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $33050-$68650 for this position.
