From clearinghouse enrollments to patient accounts, to insurance claims, our RCM team members help practices grow and succeed financially.The Career Opportunity: The Enrollment Support Representative role exists to assist new clients with the implementation of our integrated clearinghouse services. This role creates revenue opportunities for the company by providing the clients with integrated options that allow a more seamless billing process and could save them time and positively impact their revenue stream. The overall objective of this role is to assist and guide the client with tasks required for implementation, notify them of next steps, and address any questions or concerns that may arise during the process.The position is based in Duluth, GA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office)Areas of Accountability: The Enrollment Support Representative has responsibility for the following outcomes:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients when processing written and verbal inquiries.
  • Answer questions and offer support via phone and email in a professional timely manner.
  • Request Clearinghouse Submitter IDs for onboarding for multiple clients within deadline.
  • Provide customer all needed information to begin enrollments timely and accurately.
  • Monitor customer enrollments.
  • Maintain patient / provider confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide swift escalation to clients and/or management that have negative implications related to onboarding or enrollments.
  • Ensure department deadlines are met
Competencies for Success
  • Minimum of (2) years working in medical billing position
  • Customer Service Experience a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of full RCM cycle
  • Experience in processing Provider Enrollments with a clearinghouse
  • Experience with ACH
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with high volumes of incoming calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to deliver on time
  • Experience in Excel
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills.
