People of color are strongly urged to apply.About this position: Endorsement CoordinatorCompiles relevant candidate information, tracks questionnaires, schedules, and coordinates endorsement interviews. Conducts limited candidate research and supports direct voter contact through volunteer recruitment and direct voter engagement.This temporary position is remote and is 20 hours per week for 25 weeks. What you’ll be doing:Tracks candidate filings on the PDC and State Elections websitesDistributes candidate questionnaires in a timely and organized manner.Assists in preparing materials for endorsement interviews and PAC meetings.Facilitates scheduling of candidate interviews.Tracks candidate fundraising and spending and compiles weekly reports.Tracks candidate events, earned media, and digital presence.Supports the direct voter contact programs through volunteer recruitment and direct voter engagement.We’ll trust you to:Adheres to the PPGNHAIK code of conduct and all policies, procedures, and protocols.Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of professionalism.Takes action to support the affiliate’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.Supports and acts in accordance with the PPGNHI customer service standards.Values continuous learning and seeks ongoing training and development.You’ll need to have:Experience:Computer proficient with Microsoft Office required, experience with the internet and other databases as needed. The ability to use PCs, conferencing, and presentation equipment, as well as telephone equipment is essential.Use of standard office equipment and ability to move within a standard office setting.Skills:Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team and meet deadlines.Strong research and writing skills.Knowledge of state politics a plus Detail oriented multi-tasker: ability to track multiple points of data, information, and materials.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Strong initiative, self-motivated, and the ability to work under pressure and produce quality work within tight time constraints.Compensation: PPGNHAIK's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidate's directly applicable experience and internal equity within the pay grade. The pay is $30.00 per hour. This temporary position is remote and is 20 hours per week for 25 weeks.
