Reliability Technician (Levels II and III)

In this role you will...

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing factory machinery, equipment, and pipe systems used in the production of PPCFLEX products to keep assigned equipment functioning at optimal efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Under the supervision and direction of the Maintenance leadership team, to successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

• Create and follow maintenance standard operating procedures for assigned machines.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe and air systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Work with maintenance department to order fabrication of machine parts, jigs and fixtures, blades and tools needed to maintain assigned equipment.

Key qualifications we want from you:

• Associate degree/Technical Diploma in Maintenance/Skilled Trades related field and/or 3 years of experience in maintenance related role supporting high speed machinery.
• 3 years of experience related to PLC troubleshooting, repair, programming.
