Summary:
The Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) plays a key role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with Powin’s customers by providing them with high quality products and services. As the CQE, you will be responsible for investigating customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis (RCA’s), and developing corrective and preventive actions. The CQE is also responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction ratings and conducting customer audits. In addition, the CQE is expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers.
