As an Engineering Manager at PowerSchool, you will lead a talented team of engineers responsible for developing new solutions projects, fulfilling customer sponsored development projects, and enhancing our Document Management platform. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and maintaining the stability and scalability of our production platforms. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing scaled, production platforms with millions of users.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $152,000 – $174,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
