Powers Miller, a civil litigation firm with an emphasis in insurance defense in Roseville, California, is seeking an Associate Attorney with zero to three years of litigation experience:

  • The base salary range is from $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
  • There is a quarterly bonus structure based upon billable hours.
  • The minimum monthly average for billable hours is 155 hours a month.
  • This is a great opportunity for an ambitious attorney who is seeking to work in a firm comprised of younger lawyers and partners.
  • Attorneys at the firm handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals.
