As a Sr. Product Manager, you fill a critical position responsible for developing our world-class solution for Project and Fixed Asset Accounting that enables our users to make the right financial decisions.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development, strategy, and delivery of our complex accounting software. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse set of skills, ranging from problem-solving and technical ability to a deep understanding of Project & Asset Accounting principles and effective cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Customers, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Engineering teams to construct product roadmaps and define detailed product specifications. You must have a deep understanding of the PowerPlan Product Suite, or Project and Asset Accounting for Utilities. You must be a creative problem solver with keen attention to detail, craft detailed designs and effectively communicate with the Engineering, PO and UX peers, and other internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead collaborations efficiently and effectively with the current Product Management teams and other cross-functional stakeholders. They lead by influencing and evangelizing the product roadmap for new and/or enhanced functionality that solves the market, strategic, and competitive needs.

Be the Voice of the Customer - Work collaboratively with user experience and product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer and market requirements
Be the Product Evangelist - Inform customers, internal Services, Sales, and Marketing Teams through storytelling, documentation and training sessions
Own the Regulatory Compliance Product Conformance - Understand the importance of utility accounting regulatory compliance and stay abreast of industry standards and evaluate placement and positioning into Product and Service
