Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
