Senior After Service Engineer: Corona, CA

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5-8 years minimum experience in Rotating Equipment, plant maintenance, or related field.
Prior experience and knowledge of installation for all types of static and rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.)
Efficient computer skills for generation of technical reports for rotating equipment to include inspections, repair procedures and reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, operation and maintenance manuals, processes and procedures.
Int’l & US Travel between 5% and 25%
Salary range $66,560 - $95,000 DOE

Physical and Environmental Requirements

1. This job operates in a professional office environment and production/manufacturing environment requiring occasional domestic and international travel.

2. This job occasionally moves around in manufacturing, power plant and chemical refinery environments; moving around in outdoor conditions that may include, but not limited to inclement weather, noise, dust, smoke, heat, hot and cold temperatures. Noise level may exceed 85 decibels on occasion in the main shop.

3. Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.

4. Must be able to frequently move around inside the office to access file cabinets, printers, etc.

5. Must be able to detect accurately, identify, communicate and discuss.

6. Frequently positions and/or moves light to moderate amounts of weight, up to 25 pounds.

7. Routinely operates office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

1. Prior experience and knowledge of installation for all types of static and rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, etc).

2. Strong knowledge of site execution work for planning & scheduling of system maintenance.

3. Efficient computer skills for generation of technical reports for rotating equipment to include: inspections, repair procedures and reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, operation and maintenance manuals, processes and procedures.

4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a team player.

5. Dependable, responsible and professional.
