Job description
Potomac Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in Woodbridge, VA, is conducting a search for an experienced Assisted Living or Nursing Home Administrator to provide the leadership and oversight of the day-to-day management of the community.
Essential responsibilities include providing the leadership, guidance, and passion to implement high-quality, exceptional service for the residents of the community in accordance with our mission to serve with compassion, teamwork, respect, integrity, and dignity.
Effective critical thinking and communication skills are essential.
Strong knowledge of regulations, guidelines, practices, and procedures pertaining to assisted living and memory care operations is required.
Financial and budget acumen.
A strong results-oriented leader with strong track record of leading a marketing team and exceeding occupancy goals.
Experience executing a daily intentional plan to attract and retain compassionate leaders and caregivers.
Required Qualifications
Current Licensed Assisted Living or Nursing Home Administrator with BS in healthcare or related degree.
Minimum of 3 years recent experience in successfully operating an assisted living facility as evidenced by outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with memory care preferred.
Ability to grow as a leader within the company. The company’s headquarters are located in Roanoke, Virginia.
