Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Drop Team Supervisor:
- Coordinate and participate in the physical collection of funds generated by multiple revenue sources including slot machines, table games, and sportsbook. Oversee the drop box exchange process
- Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
- Ensure the quick and efficient completion of the Drop/transfer process by providing detailed communication with various departments to maintain order in a fast paced environment and to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate and participate in the count of revenue including providing the required documentation.

What you need:
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Previous supervisory experience.
