ABOUT THE IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for addressing and resolving support tickets, configuring and maintaining systems, and collaborating with the IT Manager to execute projects and support new restaurant openings. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST 

• Resolve support requests in the ticket platform in a timely manager.
• Configure and maintain various restaurant software systems; Point of Sales, OLO, Paytronix, ect. 
• Support IT Manager to execute all New Restaurant Manager associated tasks
• Support outsourced third-party IT service providers.
• Maintain security access control of various communication and data systems. 
• Implement changes in software and hardware that is necessary for the company to operate. 
• Perform security audits, and system backup.
• Ensure protection of data and accessibility is limited to appropriate users.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 2 year experience in Information Technology Administration or support
• Experience with Toast or a similar Point-of-Sales (POS) software system preferred
• Experience working with internal and external teams
• Experience with computer software, hardware, and networking preferred
• High attention to identifying alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• High attention to detail
• Ability to recognize problems and able to communicate it with other team members
• Ability to communicate across management levels in formal and informal settings
• Ability to be flexible and integrate with change with minimal assistance
• Ability to maintain a rational and objective demeanor when faced with stressful situations at-hand
• Able to work well with others and provide a positive demeanor and approach to others
• Passionate in the field of IT
