Full time EMPLOYMENT opportunity for an 'On-Site IT Support Tech' with a very well-established business for over 40 years.

We are looking for an 'IT Support Technician'. The ideal candidate should be proficient in providing technical assistance, training and support related to software, computers and peripherals networked in an office type environment.

*This is an onsite position; you must currently be living within 20 miles of Lake Havasu City.

The position will be responsible for:

1) Helping to support and maintain integrated IT hardware and software systems and various desktop office suite products as well as third party software and hardware.

2) Troubleshoot and support PC’s, Printers, user accounts, E-mail, DHCP, DNS, File and Print services, and various other hardware and software problems.

3) Install/service user computer terminals and peripherals, network hardware, printers, network cable, etc., and will require lifting of up to 65lbs, standing/working overhead and/or in cramped spaces.

4) Assist in the implementation of Server/Client and other software/hardware solutions.
