ABOUT THE CULINARY QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

The Culinary Quality Assurance Manager will consistently execute processes for food safety and quality, culinary standards, culinary practices, and overall cleanliness standards of all restaurant concepts within the company. 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST 

• Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards
• Monitor food storage, handling, and preparation processes
• Train management on food safety practices
• Ensure compliance with heath department regulations
• investigate and address food safety complaints
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures 
• Train and audit culinary leaders on following company policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate following of recipes, preparations, and storage practices 
• Conduct taste tests to maintain quality
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen is maintained 
• Maintain, oversee, and inspect kitchen equipment and tools
• Address equipment breakdowns and safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry as a multi-unit operator preferred or applicable excellence and experience in the culinary role. 
• Completion of culinary arts program (preferred) 
• 3 years in higher volume food preparation and execution
• Servsafe manager certification 
• Flexible schedule 
• Travel required
