Postal Xpress N More is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive experiences and resolving inquiries effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing assistance.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
  • Order Processing: Process shipping orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system correctly.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, seeking appropriate solutions and escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Postal Xpress N More's services, pricing, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, products, or features to customers, maximizing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to coordinate customer requests, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer service processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
