Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the home selling process
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintains and expands database of prospects
- Networks and performs outreach to realtors
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Real Estate license in the state of Tennessee
- Real Estate license in the state of Georgia
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documents, and reports
