Positive Reinforcement PLLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide direct therapy to children with ASD as well as supervise cases when needed. This unique model of direct therapy and a few supervision cases allows for smaller caseloads and the potential for high quality services.
Responsibilities include:
-Providing Direct Therapy to children with ASD
-Supervising RBTs and BTs
-Pairing with clients and their families to create positive relationships
-Assessing clients using the VB-MAPP, Vineland, and social skills checklists
-Conducting Functional behavior assessments
-Designing treatment plans based on assessment results
-Implementing treatment plans directly with the client and family
-Conducting parent training regularly
-Analyzing and graphing data and making changes to interventions when necessary
