Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Assistant
Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Assistant
Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Duties:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral health services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records and documentation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
