Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, property leasing, and customer service. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents while maintaining the property to the highest standards. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the apartment complex, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations - Conduct property tours and effectively market available units to prospective tenants - Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents - Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner - Oversee property maintenance, including scheduling repairs, coordinating with vendors, and conducting regular inspections - Implement and enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable living environment - Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, resident interactions, and maintenance requests - Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) to track leasing activity, generate reports, and manage resident accounts Experience: - Previous experience in apartment management or a related field is required - Strong knowledge of property leasing, customer relationship management (CRM), and facilities management - Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., OneSite) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and address their needs effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Conflict management skills to handle resident disputes or complaints in a professional manner - Sales experience is preferred but not required If you are a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service to residents while maintaining the highest standards of property management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
