Job Description:
As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a close-knit team of clinical specialists with ongoing support from our Clinical Directors and upper management. Boost your clinical experience by participating in ongoing clinical development meetings, gain access to professional development opportunities, and offer insight to policies, training, processes, and programs contributing to company growth. We are offering the opportunity to thrive under a collaborative approach to providing ABA services by working alongside various team members with roles specific to individual components of our ABA program.
Responsibilities:
Must complete the following obligations, not limited to:
  • Must report to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer
  • Oversee the ABA Clinical Program
  • Must meet billable requirement 30-35 hours /per week
  • Establish rapport and maintain positive working relationships with clients and families.
  • Design data collection systems to monitor client performance, as needed.
  • Organize client binders for clients in caseload and collect datasheets from BTs accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing supervision to BTs and clients within caseload.
  • Conduct FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
  • Collaborate with Parent Trainer and BT Trainer when relevant to caseload.
  • Regularly participate in structured meetings with clinical teams to discuss treatment plans and to address concerns.
  • Ensure BTs are implementing programs and taking data according to BIP recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy of graphing and complete progress reports prior to authorization expiration dates.
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.
  • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
  • Administratively coordinate assignment for Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
  • Develop training and curriculum for BTs
  • Administratively control progress reports and work with PBS Insurance Department to get new authorizations
  • Meet families at least once every 2 months or 3 months depending on schedule
  • Meet with CEO and COO daily to discuss progress
  • Develop trainings program for Clinical Supervisors
  • Develop ABA Program Policies in accordance with funding source guidelines
  • Any changes in program must be approved by CEO and COO
  • Meet with Clinical Team on a weekly basis
  • Work with PBS Insurance Intake Department for new clients
  • Work with PBS Recruiter to hire new employees (BT, BCBAs, Supervisors)
  • Bi-weekly meetings with Clinical Supervisors to discuss cases and updates (case-conferencing)
  • Ensure that all billable hours (supervision and parent training) are completed by Clinical Supervisors, and BCBAs
  • Adhere to the direction of Upper Management and support their decision
  • Comply with funding sources requirement by providing NPI and CAQH to PBS
  • Ensure all data collection is consistent and accurate with billing the funding sources
  • Complete other tasks related to the work of a Clinical Director and in the field of ABA
  • Complete duties as assigned not mentioned in this job description

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) REQUIRED upon hire.
  • In-depth knowledge of BACB Code of Ethics
  • Knowledge in policies and regulations within the clinical field.
  • Must be comfortable with providing direct services.
  • Willing to work weekends as needed.
Education:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field 
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience (within 2-tier or 3-tier models).
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Experience with FBAs and report writing is a plus.
