About the Opportunity

What you’ll Do

As Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. With our company goals and strategies in mind, the Project Manager will delegate tasks and manage the productivity of their team through clear communication and focus.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

The Day-to-Day

  • Work with leadership to develop and refine project scope, scheduling, budget, and deliverables.
  • Manage the planning, scoping, timeline, and workflow for a wide range of projects.
  • Build and develop timelines and success criteria based on unique parameters of project type.
  • Scope key areas of risk and proactively support with problem-solving and recommendations.
  • Develop and lead project checklists and meetings.
  • Administers and executes policies, processes, and procedures that impact the assigned project.
  • Coordinate departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks focused on project deliverables.
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the necessary tools, and provide timely feedback on project activity.
  • Manage, monitor, and document the progress of projects to ensure all teams are aligned and deliverables are met.
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor project team members to provide technical support and direction when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, promote solutions, and escalate appropriately as needed.
  • Act as the center of expertise and reference for project stakeholders on questions concerning project management processes, tools and templates.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and present results to project management team, leadership, or stakeholders.
  • Assist with business development efforts.
  • Identify and resolve deficiencies in internal procedures, policies, and operational flow.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in operations, project management, project coordinator, or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • An independent critical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Proficient using digital productivity tools such as Office 365, Excel, Monday, Slack, or similar software

Position is Full Time from our Westlake Village, CA office.
