*This position is Monday-Friday 2nd Shift*
Under direction of the Facilities Manger, the head custodian has responsibility for the management of the school’s physical plant, building operations, real property and limited grounds maintenance. The head custodian is responsible for a safe, secure and clean working and learning environment for all students, staff and visitors. General and special instructions are received from the school principal or designee and technical supervision and guidance is received from the Facilities Manager or other designee at District Office.
NOTE: Overall responsibilities of head custodians at all levels are generally the same; specific duties may vary depending upon the size of the building and number of building custodians.
