As Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Legal Intake Department. The Legal Intake Specialist position involves survey of potential clients based on the details of their case, closing contracts, translating for attorneys and providing intake services for our respective legal departments.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with our prospective clients to inform them of their eligibility for our services

- Understand prospective customers' main points and needs in order to apply in delivery of solution or service offered

-Build relationships and trust ensuring a positive experience for all prospective clients

- Stay up-to-date on services provided, pricing, and promotions

-Conduct necessary process for closings in our Case Management system

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service related fields preferred (3-5 years)

(No Experience in Legal Field is required)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Fully fluent in Spanish and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
