We are growing and are in need of a Billing Clerk/Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required. The Billing Clerk/Receptionist will be responsible for duties under our Billing department and serve as a backup for our reception team. The position involves but is not limited to, communicating with potential and current clients, working with our paralegals to ensure billing is accurate, assisting with closings and payments and performing various clerical tasks. You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents and possess a high degree of organizational ability.
