```Duties```
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the Aloha POS system
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
