Port Health’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Program Supervisor to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Outpatient team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and children.
What You’ll Do
As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the outpatient clinic teams in Elizabeth City and Ahoskie, NC in addition to the Hertford Mobile Clinic. You will be in charge of marketing, quality improvement and compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Supervisor provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the Port Health team to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.
