Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Supervisor - **Obs/Gyn**.
In this role, the successful candidate reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, will be responsible for oversight and administration of the Affiliation program in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Working closely with the Director of Finance and Administration, the Program Supervisor will act as primary administrative supervisor for the Affiliation program, monitor compliance, provide clerical support, and provide backup coverage of the faculty contracting and credentialing process, all in service of the mission and goals of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Job Responsibilities:

- ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - Organizes and coordinates schedule for Bellevue Chief and Family Planning Division Director, coordinates activities and special events. Provides calendar management and meeting support, and may assist in special events planning.

- SUPERVISORY - Serves as primary administrative supervisor and contact for Affiliation staff and faculty, providing onboarding to staff and acting as liaison with HR to welcome new Affiliation staff into department. Will coordinate ordering of white coats, keys, and stamps for new Affiliation faculty upon onboarding of new providers.

- FACILITIES - Oversees all Bellevue facilities coordination including entering of maintenance ticket requests, key/locksmith requests, office supply ordering, and water ordering/replenishment.

- PAYROLL AND TIMEKEEPING - Acts as primary Affiliation and Education team timekeeper, monitors biweekly payroll and serves as sign-off manager. Flags any personnel attendance issues for escalation and/or resolution; interfaces with MyTime to mitigate timekeeping issues as they arise

- COMPLIANCE - Monitors compliance with regulatory agency requirements related to the needs of the department and Affiliation program. Oversees the preparation of externally and internally mandated reports. Monitors departmental compliance tracking to include annual regulatory training, AHA, Bellevue (ELM, Open Encounters, and Credentialing), COI, Fit Testing, Flu shot, and OR suspensions. Position will also monitor completion of Bellevue and Tisch GME Time Survey and suspension tracking.

- Manages preparation of JOC requests

- OBIX POET registration for new physicians

- CREDENTIALING AND FACULTY CONTRACTS - Provides backup coverage to department credentialing program and faculty contracting process, including e-hires, offer letters, and faculty recruitment. Stays abreast of NYULH contracting systems and shadows credentialing associate on monthly basis. Creates and maintains rapport with key inter-organizational contacts to streamline bottlenecks and ensure faculty contracts move through to completion.

- Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or related field with one to three years minimum experience in healthcare or academic medical center. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally. Ability to think systemically and understand the implications of policies and practices. Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action. Strong interpersonal skills. OBGYN experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
OBGYN and/or womens healthcare experience preferred

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $62,400.00 - $88,497.26 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
