Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.Merchandising Execution Analyst supports the merchandising team on both national and test executions in stores, this includes oversight over national launch assets, market test assets, local marketing assets, and merchandising for ongoing restaurant needs or brand initiatives. This position also collects and implements feedback from the PLK US operators, marketing, field, operations & other stakeholders in order to improve the overall merchandising and menu board content process across all restaurants. The position is highly collaborative and involves working directly with internal and external stakeholders cross- functionally to ensure execution targets are met.The position reports to the Brand Visual Identity Sr Manager, PLKResponsibilities :Track and report all merchandising and POP fulfillment for national and test initiatives.Manage all POP content, such as menu boards and digital presells boards.Relationship and main point-of-contact with creative agencies, print vendors, digital menu board vendors, among others.Execution of all franchisee- and field-facing marketing communications, including: Merchandise Implementation Guide (MIGs).Merchandising Audit Process & Routines/Reporting.Merchandising Execution continuous training.New Menu Board Roll Out.Digital Menu Board menu board Testing.Drive Thru Optimization.Internal Marketing tools.Kiosk Roll out and management.Support Marketing Managers to answer any questions from restaurants regarding national or market test launches.Validate the content being release by the vendors through a thorough quality assurance process that avoids incorrect content at PLK restaurants.Communicate in an effective manner with the field, operators, restaurants, and other relevant PLK and RBI areas on any updates to our menus or changes to merchandising.Provide resolution and track all launch issues/events along with follow ups on progress, resolution, and learnings, taking corrective actions to ensure process improvement.Strong ability to work with internally with RSC-based teams, with the PLK NA Field, and with Franchisees and the restaurants.Partners closely with the PLK NA Operations team, the PLK NA Marketing team, RBI POS/Tech team, the PLK NA Field, and vendors to ensure a successful PLK NA ecosystem, where launches function properly and initiatives are properly executed.Challenges current processes and leads special projects to iterate and improve marketing brand communication and execution.Qualifications :Track record of strong, creative problem-solving capabilitiesMust be detail orientedMust be process orientated to identify opportunities to reduce number of merchandising and DMB content issuesMust be a strong project manager, able to interact cross functionally, communicate effectively, and lead teams towards a common goalMust be solution oriented, able to dissect information, see opportunities, preempt issues, and find solutionsMust have excellent oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present development presentations.Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, food vendors/manufactures and internal teams.Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multi-tasking.Nice to have: design evaluation skills.BS degreeRestaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
