Description

Pope John Paul II is looking for someone to lead their Wrestling program. The ideal canddiate will have experience in defining program goals to include cultural values consistent with the values and mission of our school. The ability to enhance the skill set of our wrestlers through orchestrating optimal practice plans, to facilitate strength, conditioning and tactical expertise utilized in matches. The ability to Inspire young athletes to become the best version of themselves. Promote wrestlers who are interested in competing at the collegiate level.

Requirements

Strong technical wrestling knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task, practices, matches, scheduling and transportation

Genuine interest in forming young athletes to become strong in Mind, Body, Charachter and Spirit through the gift of sport.
