We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Chef-Manager for our Southern-Inspired Steak House, The Honeysuckle. The Chef-Manager is a Brand Champion and reports directly to the GM of the property. The Honeysuckle specializes in Southern inspired upscale fare with a focus on Steaks and Seafood. We are proud to offer 21 Day in-house Dry Aged American Wagyu, Koji-Aged Filet Tenderloin, an impressive selection of Oysters from the East and West Coasts as well as the Gulf, and so much more; all set in a beautifully appointed dining room with multiple private dining spaces available.
As a Culinary Manager for POP Hospitality, you are responsible for the operations of your assigned venue as directed by the General Manager. This includes ensuring an outstanding guest experience, achieving financial targets, managing consistency in food preparation and presentation, staffing and development, and execution of safety / sanitation standards. The Chef Manager is a Brand Champion and reports directly to the GM of the property.
