We're looking for another person to join our team as a full-time Assistant Manager Managing a team of fulfillment associates to oversee the receive, pick, pack, and ship process. Reporting to our Warehouse Manager.

Hours & Pay:

• $50,000 d.o.e.
• Typical Daily Shift - 6:00am to 3:30pm, pending completion of daily tasks

Here's what you'll do:

• Oversee the Pick, Pack, Ship Process and ensure daily output goals are met
• Ability to be very flexible and think quickly on your feet
• Ensure the daily orders are ready for pickup on time
• Plans, organizes and distributes work assignments and daily schedules to associates so that financial goals are met or exceeded. Monitors completion of job assignments.
• Receive new shipments of inventory. This includes counting, labeling and putting away the new inventory (this does including moving around 40 lb. boxes).

Here's what we're looking for in you:

• Minimum 3 years of Assistant Management OR
• 5 experience being an Area Lead in Pick, Pack, Ship Process
• Ability to take instructions and own responsibilities
• A self-motivated self-start ready for room for growth
• Attention to detail for Quality Control
• Comfort using both Mac and Windows computers
• Punctuality- Works well within a team
• Strong HR skills, a plus but not required
