Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our Pool Store crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment. This is a seasonal position, perfect for a college student.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance by restocking shelves and organizing displays
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Proficiency in conducting product demos to highlight key features
- Strong stock management skills to ensure products are readily available for customers
- Knowledge of technical sales and phone etiquette
