**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in overseeing daily store operations

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales goals

- Handle cash transactions and manage cash register

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Assist with payroll and scheduling

- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer sercice

- Strong team management and supervisory skills

- Proficiency in using a cash register and handling financial transactions

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Knowledge of shift management, payroll procedures, and inventory control

- Familiarity with pricing strategies and achieving sales targets
