Pond, an award winning Architectural/Engineering firm, is currently seeking part time or full time interns to work on our Virtual Reality Design Project Team to support architectural and engineering design projects. Note this individual would be helping to design projects, templates and models using VR software and coding applications. This position is ideal for a current student looking to gain valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Not only is this a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, the position provides competitive pay and the ability to earn course credit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn facets of the architectural and engineering design cycle.
• Support creation of templates, models, and interfaces using VR software and coding.
• Supports the creation of job aids and user guides for future team members using the software.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university studying multimedia design, gaming design or similar.
• Experience with any of the following is preferred: Unreal Engine 5.3; C ; Blueprint; Sketchup; Revit; Oculus Quest; Steam VR; Cesium
• Self-motivated with ability to excel within a growth-minded organization
• Prior Intern/Co-Op experience is also preferred
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work at least 15 hours a week
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
