Looking for a Desktop Technician Level 2

6 month contract to hire

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday

Job Description:

• Handle general troubleshooting for OS/Driver and software issues
• Install/uninstall requested software
• Handle termination requests as needed
• Check/manage SLAs, monitor ticket queue
• Review data needed by the reporting and Level 3 teams
• Complete desk setups and moves
• Network troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience with Desktop Support
• Must have supported a large number of users (200 )
• Win 10 and Office installation and support
• Active Directory knowledge
• PC Building and imaging experience
• Networking troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with device drivers – installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity and experience with ServiceNow
• Software troubleshooting with common commercially available applications like Zoom, Adobe suite, Veeva, Replcon, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with remote support using remote desktop tools like GoTo Rescue or Bomgar
• Excellent Customer Service skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
• iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
