We are currently seeking a IT Support Specialist in Allentown, PA for a 12-month contract. The IT Support Specialist will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. Hybrid
General Function:
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
- Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems.
- Remote software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Support Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
- Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
- Must be able to work well both independently and in team settings
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience with Tanium
- Experience with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
- Experience with Teams Conferencing
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
