Pomeroy Technologies is Hiring a PC Technician Near Las Vegas, NV

Our client is seeking a dedicated PC Technician to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our technical infrastructure at their Las Vegas site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the effective operation of Microsoft O365 Suite applications, including Outlook and Teams, and OKTA MFA.

- Provide first-class technical support within front office, sales, warehouse, production, and delivery environments.

- Manage incident tickets through the ServiceNow system.

- Maintain and repair Windows 10 operating systems, Lenovo laptops, desktops, and network printers, including reimaging via PXE.

- Utilize Configuration Manager Console for remote management of laptops and desktops.

- Support mobile devices using MDM software, such as AirWatch and Knox.

- Configure and deploy various mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

- Manage Microsoft Active Directory and network monitoring software, such as SolarWinds.

- Support network infrastructure, including troubleshooting Cisco switches and routers.

- Maintain security through various software and manage security camera systems.

- Participate in large-scale device deployment projects and network upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work onsite at the Las Vegas facility.

- Availability for after-hours priority one support on a 24/7 basis.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
