Accountable for assurance of quality within Polyplex, and Interact internally and with customers to resolve technical issues & provide them with Solutions. Needs to be able to manage in a team setting in order to complete all lab functions and reports. | |||
Responsibility | |||

1.1 | Understand and follow all policies, rules and guidelines relating to ESSH | ||
1.2 | Always wear appropriate PPE as outlined in ESSH policies | ||
1.3 | Report every incident or injury to your immediate supervisor | ||
1.4 | Participate in incident investigations | ||
1.5 | Identify any risks to individuals, the environment or the site | ||
1.6 | Questions situations, processes or procedures that appear unsafe or put the site at risk | ||
1.7 | Recognizes unsafe work conditions created by other workers | ||

2.1 | Standardization of product specifications & internal processes to meet customer requirements and compliances | ||
2.2 | Test Methods, Sampling methods, and qualification criteria (for input, in process and outgoing products) | ||
2.3 | Understanding the customer processes and expectations for existing & new products | ||
2.4 | Develop & ensure systems as per ISO requirements | ||
2.5 | Formalize all such analysis methods with respect to different situations so that analysis/inspection can be standardized | ||
2.6 | Standardization by Analysis & process improvements | ||

3.1 | Institute appropriate quality assurance system to ensure repeatability on overall product quality & performance - ISO systems & other relevant industry standards | ||
3.2 | Manage laboratory functions, tests, equipment and reports | ||
3.3 | Manage the CAPA process (Corrective & Preventative Action) internally & externally | ||
3.4 | Coordinate with internal & external customers | ||
3.5 | Conduct periodic audits as per scope | ||
3.6 | Receive samples from prospective customers for testing | ||
