Expectations
Accountable for assurance of quality within Polyplex, and Interact internally and with customers to resolve technical issues & provide them with Solutions. Needs to be able to manage in a team setting in order to complete all lab functions and reports.
Responsibility
  1. Environmental Safety Security and Health (ESSH)
1.1
Understand and follow all policies, rules and guidelines relating to ESSH
1.2
Always wear appropriate PPE as outlined in ESSH policies
1.3
Report every incident or injury to your immediate supervisor
1.4
Participate in incident investigations
1.5
Identify any risks to individuals, the environment or the site
1.6
Questions situations, processes or procedures that appear unsafe or put the site at risk
1.7
Recognizes unsafe work conditions created by other workers
  1. Organizational Knowledge
2.1
Standardization of product specifications & internal processes to meet customer requirements and compliances
2.2
Test Methods, Sampling methods, and qualification criteria (for input, in process and outgoing products)
2.3
Understanding the customer processes and expectations for existing & new products
2.4
Develop & ensure systems as per ISO requirements
2.5
Formalize all such analysis methods with respect to different situations so that analysis/inspection can be standardized
2.6
Standardization by Analysis & process improvements
  1. In Support of Quality and Technical Services Manager
3.1
Institute appropriate quality assurance system to ensure repeatability on overall product quality & performance - ISO systems & other relevant industry standards
3.2
Manage laboratory functions, tests, equipment and reports
3.3
Manage the CAPA process (Corrective & Preventative Action) internally & externally
3.4
Coordinate with internal & external customers
3.5
Conduct periodic audits as per scope
3.6
Receive samples from prospective customers for testing
3.7
Conduct testing and reporting of findings to Quality and Technical Services Manager
