Polygon US Corporation is Hiring a Contracts Administrator (Temporary) Near North Andover, MA

Contracts Administrator (Temporary) 

Role Summary:

Polygon is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to fill the role of Contracts Administrator in our North Andover, MA office. This person is a key member of the Contracts & Administration team, and directly reports to the Contracts Manager. The Contracts Administrator’s responsibilities include reviewing and processing customer contracts and organization of the contracts management system.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with internal and external business partners
  • Researching and resolving contract issues
  • Ensures contract are in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval
  • Ensure all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with terms and conditions
  • Maintains an organized system of physical and digital records
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work in a self-directed environment
  • Experience with Contracts Management systems
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology
